Hilary Duff Gets a Parking Ticket After Leaving Ken Paves Salon

Yesterday, Hilary Duff made her way over to Ken Paves Hair Salon in West Hollywood where she fed the parking meter and spent three hours getting beautified. Unfortunately, Hil came back from the salon to find that she’d been given a parking ticket!
At least she was looking cute, right? But when you’ve got money like Hilary does, I’m sure a parking ticket isn’t such a big deal.
