Hilary Duff in “Barely Legal”
January 12, 2009 by Arieanna
It was announced in November that Hilary Duff had signed a contract with NBC to develop her own show. Hilary had the opportunity to sit down with writers and develop a show of her own choosing. That show has now been announced!
Hilary Duff will star in Barely Legal, a half-hour comedy based on the true story of Kathleen Holtz, a woman who, in 2007, passed the California bar at age 18 to become the youngest lawyer in California history.
Hilary Duff will star in the comedy as Kathleen. The script is being developed by Elisa Bell, who wrote Little Black Book. Actor Rob Morrow, who many of you may know from Numb3rs, will be executive producer for the series.
