Joe Bermudez has just released a new remix of Hilary Duff’s upcoming single, “Reach Out”. Check it out:
The remix features Prophet. Joe has previously done a bunch of official remixes for Hilary Duff including “Come Clean”, “Stranger”, “Wake Up”, and two for “With Love”. You can read his take on this remix here.

It appears to me, by wearing this weird dress, (kind of resembling that of a wedding dress) that she and her crew are trying to convey a deeper meaning.
