Hilary Duff at Urban Outfitters

Hilary Duff headed out to do some shopping on her own on September 1st. Hilary headed over to Urban Outfitters in LA and to a gift shop in Beverly Hills. She left Urban Outfitters with what look like shoe boxes. Hilary has such great taste in shoes!! I mean, just look at the boots she’s wearing in these candids!
