Hilary Duff “Best Of” Album Details

Well, it’s looking more and more like Hilary Duff will be releasing a "Best Of" album. Various sites, some official some not, on the Internet have been confirming the information. Additionally, a sign in Wal-Mart had the "Hilary Duff / Greatest Hits" release promoted for release on September 30th.
From what information I can gather, the CD will be released in the US on September 30th with further releases in October for other countries. Amazon.com is also advertising the upcoming CD release with a pre-order available here: Best Of by Hilary Duff. They announce the release for September 23rd, so I am not sure which is the accurate release date.

All of this information is unconfirmed still. If there is an album, there is no guarantee that the details on tracks, release dates or the album cover are correct. There are also rumors that Hilary Duff will leave Hollywood Records after this album is released.

I like that picture of Hilary but it’s from the Dignity shoots…they should do another one beacuse if they don’t all the picutres in the album will be old and they should be new (:
i don’ think it will be the cover, though she is just SOOOOOOOOO BEAUTIFUL on it..
but I think they’ll make a new photoshoot, like they made for most wanted… because today she’s not brunette anymore
Well she looks beautiful, as always, but i did expect at least an offical photoshoot for the new album.
Since this information is not yet confirmed we can’t really say much but i just hope this will be over soon and that Hilary’s departure from HR will only bring her success and another chance to express her creativity with with a much more supportive label.

But I’m very happy she’s leaving Hollywood Records…
They really screwed up with the launch of the Dignity Album…
Great songs like Gypsy Woman and Happy were to be videos…
Hollywood Records = failed
im actually pretty happy she is leaving hollwoodrecords its about time, they should take her seriously i hope a good company picks her this is her last cd for hollywoodrecords she doesnt want to do a new one for them and wants to leave quickly so she is doing this record. hollywoodrecords only seems to focus on miley and the jonas bros they are ok i guess but hilary was the one who made that company big they werent even known before her but i wish hilary would just release dignity all over again with those 2 new songs like rihanna beyonce and chris brown did. she can call it dignity part 11 lol.
the only reason why shes doing this is because the record label is pushing her to release an album before the end of the year and shes just not ready. its rumored that she’ll looking for a new record deal.

it could be a good thing and HR is owned by disney and most artists on that label are from disney channel and marketed to tweens so i guess she just wants to grow up and be taken seriously
Hilary was ready for new album. It was about creative differences. They been at each others throats since Dignityy or before that. Hilary just wants out.
come on she had just released 3 ne albuns and want a best of again. even madonna released a new album after a best of, and on and on.
I wish the best to hill, but this wil not help her.

i don’t know if she will do this best of… it looks like “Most Wanted”. I wouldn’t buy this album cause i prefer her as an actress she’s really better!

Even though she looks like a princess in this photoshoot, i think they should make another cover, she looks completly different by now, the hair is blonde again! And about changing record, if they are making pressor on her..move hils!! we want you to do what you want not what the record want!

its hollywoods records fault.. not HILARY’s. they are a bunch of greedy people who only promote people that are making the big bucks. Hilary can do that also but they think miley and those brothers are more IN.. whocares, she needs to be treated like a real artist like Rihanna, i mean look at her, she got like 4-5 single off 1 album. imagine hilary with that and the amount of albums she can sell. she sold 1.8 million albums with just ONE single(Fly). thats CRAZY!!! not even chris brown nor anyone can do that. ive only seen hilary have that kinda of success. its just crazy to see her treated so badly.

the reason for her releasing this is because Hollywood wants her to rush the album so it can be released this year, BUT hilary doesnt have that much time to do evrything so quick. it takes time to make a great album people. it not like she can just go in, record, then get out. Hollywood could atleast put the unreleased tracks that she recorded already on this. not just 2 of them. i think she has about 5 recorded already. not sure.

im gald that she will leaving HR..they are not good in promoting hilary music career…the reason dignity failed in sales that HR is weak in marketing…they only focus on miley…but they need to realise that Hilary album metamorphosis is the album that generates lot of money to them………how come hilary only have 2 or 3 single in an album while miley have 5…..unfair…they also promoting miley in big concert and make it into 3D///unfair to hilary…i think hilary should try Universal r sony bmg……..

Well I think these pic is really nice, but as everybody said, the pic is old from the dignity album, there´s also another cover that has this picture on it that includes 2 CDs, so if hilary ussually put another pic even for the singles that she made, why not to use a new one for a wonderfule new album.
I am REALLY happy that she is leaving Hollywood Records! All they have been doing is ruining her career! They have not been doing anything for her, and she is loosing her static. I hope that the next record company she joins helps her career. She is really talented and deserves more albums and videos! You go Hilary!!
