Hilary Duff’s Italian Team has put together a petition for fans to sign to ensure Hilary’s next single, "Reach Out", will be released in Europe. Not all of the singles from "Dignity" were released in Europe, and they don’t want a repeat of that. They think Hilary is very strong in Europe and would like to help continue to make her successful abroad.

But yet this single is very delayed. it would be released in June and it putted off until later. It elapse the middle of July and a nothing. We the fans wait too much. It’s time for releasing.

At least England’s native tounge is English, and it’s more centrally located. Not way south of the EU.
