Hilary Duff’s Next Single: “Reach Out”
According to Hilary Duff’s latest blog post (fan club only - join here) from June 16th, Hilary Duff’s next single is finally confirmed as "Reach Out".
In her blog post, Hilary says she’s been spending a lot of time in LA with Haylie and has been working on a video concept for the "Reach Out" music video.
If you don’t remember, this is "Reach Out" as Hilary performed on her Dignity World Tour:

OMG, the orginal is better. This is just a cover. The REAL band who has written it is Personal Jesus.

This is only one of a few covers that she sang over the course of the last tour. It’s not something she will do as well with if it’s released as a single. She also sang “Love is A Battlefield”. A new song would be a better bet for her.

Well, it’s a good song, but I’d like to hear something new. Although, “Love is a Battlefield” is good, too. Maybe better. I would love to hear a cover of “Heart of Glass” by Blondie, or another Blondie song, if she’s thinking of doing a cover, but a new song would be better, I’d think. Maybe a Blondie cover AND a new song.

yeah. Its not a COVER, its just a song sampled from the original depeche mode song. It has like almost completely different lyrics. And josse, NO ONE CARES OR KNOWS WHO JAMELIA IS! Lol! Really. Hilarys is better I’m sure than hers. Can’t wait for the new video! This song is hot. And ppl who say she performed it already and stuff, well theres A LOT of ppl who couldnt make it to the concert :l so this will be a first for many. Wish you the best hilary! <3

I didn’t say you had to care who Jamelia is. The thing is that her cover was on MTV all the time… So.. yeah.
