Word has it that Hilary Duff and Haylie Duff were spotted at a concert by the Canadian band City and Colour in LA on March 25. You can check out their music here.
I also wanted to point out a great post on Egotastic entitled "Hilary Duff shouldn’t be this hot" - simply dressed down outfit, but everyone is starting to notice Hilary Duff!
