‘With Love’ Most Voted Song in Latin America

Hilary Duff’s "With Love" has been voted #1 Most Voted Video of the year in Latin America.

The news was announced on “Los 10 mas pedidos” (like top 10 videos) in the annual recap of the 100 most voted videos of the year. Hilary won top spot!!

And, as if that weren’t cool enough, "Stranger" also made the list at #23.

    and that mtv countdown was just mexican, it was made by mtv mexico, i think every part of latin america has its own mtv channel: mexico, central america, and south america

    well.. sorry.. but thats not the true at all.. Andres is right in some of the info.. but not in the whole one!.. i just looked the charts and i realized that with love is #1 in one state not in all latinoamerica.. in mexico its #7 and other states like argentina and chile are like #3 or #5 so im not saying lies..
    In USA with love isnt in the charts huh?
