Hilary Duff. The pop star/actress had a rather low-key 2007. She wasn’t arrested and didn’t go to rehab, but fans of the former "Lizzie McGuire" star still wanted to see what Duff was up to.

i agree vanessa. i search on hilary every day and i obviously knew britney would be number 1. but shes in the top 10 and shes a good role model im happy people are looking up for good role models not just bad stars.

the difference between hilary and the other 3 girls behind(spears, hilton and lohan) is that she is searched because people love her, because of her music, her activities, her personality, no because of the scandals she has done… i love you hilary!!

Hilary Duff is in the top ten because she is such a great role model and I always look up to her.I go to hilaryduff.com and hilarynews.com everyday.she is at #7 because people love her and look up to her and loves all her hard work that she does for her fans not because of all of the scandals.I hope that next year she makes the top 10 and gets to be #1!!
