And this dress, which she wore to the MTV awards in Mexico, is a BeBe Pleated Silk Tube Dress

Hilary wears everything better than the models :P she knows how to make it look cute and funky. If I just saw the clothes seperately i probably wouldnt like them, but i just love her style!
