Are Mike & Hilary getting serious?

Sources say that Mike Comrie and Hilary Duff are getting serious. And that Mike may already be looking for an engagement ring!
The Hilary Duff-Mike Comrie thing is heating up. A source tells US Weekly the N.Y. Islanders/former Michigan forward is engagement ring shopping: "They’re serious. He’s whipped. He never goes out with his boys; he’s all about Hilary."
Now, I don’t think Hilary is the kind of girl to jump into a relationship that quickly, so I don’t put too much weight on this gossip.
I know many of you have been leaving comments about this, so I thought I’d post the gossip for all to read. The news originates on E! - but as it was televised, it has no original source online.

You know? I don’t think that you have to be an especific “kind of girl” to realized who you really love. Real love can be really hard to find but when you get it it doesn’t take so long to understand that you already found it. Maybe Hilary is getting through real feelings that she didn’t feel before and she understand that what she’s feeling is love, that she really love Mike and that’s really good, Hilary is really mature, even if she’s only 20, she is able to make good and responsable decitions so, if they get marriage I’ll be super happy for them! Go Hil!!!

I don’t know what to say, at the same time that I agree with Adriana and think that they look so cute together and stuff, I don’t think it’s good to make this decision so quickly, I mean, you can get hurt just like you get happy sometimes, but that’s something that Hil is probably going to think about before saying “I do”.
its just rumors. she is too young anyways but also it too early in the relationship. Hilarys career is her number one praordy right now not a marriage life and I think it will be like that for a long time.
this is just like her and joel were. Sources from tabloid magazines always said he doesnt hang out with his buddies. It all about Hilary. That doesnt mean anything. the media is saying the same thing over and over.

first of all who knows anything about them. You just cant look at pics or read news/gossip about them and think she’s in love and happy because deep down we dont know Hilary’s true feeling inside. She could think she’s happy and in love but maybe down the line she’ll realize this isn’t the guy for her or maybe not and same thing for him too. who knows

She was with joel for years and she really loved him she didn’t marry him. She never has said she loves mike she just says she’s happy with him. Soo I am not worried at all.

Hilary is not too young to get married. People get married at 16 and she is way older. It was obvious from the start that she was determined to nail Mike and she has succeeded. Now she has got him where she wants him all she needs to do is decide if she really wants him that much and if she does she will marry him.

Plus in most states you have to be 18 to get married silly.

I think that Hilary’s reallly smart and only she can make that decision if she wants to get married. I would be really happy if they got married, but it’s kind of weird that if she does she won’t be dating anyone else. And as for Mike, he seems like a really great guy and he really cares about her. It’s not like we can actually conrol their relationship so we should just wait and see. As long as Hil is happy.

I didn’t think they were serious i just thought everything was going well in their relationship.
They haven’t been going out for even a year though,but i would still think it would be awesome if they got married!
They are just a lovely couple and mike always wanting to spend time with her and not his guy friends is so sweet!
If they still went out for a couple more years then it would be ok for hil to get married 22,23 is a better age.And I’m sure hilary wouldn’t say yes because she would know herself that she’s too young and she would want to wait.

Hilary is not as young as you suppose. She has always been old for her age. She has been dating different guys for 7 years and that is way too long. Most people get fed up with dating quite quickly and just want to settle down with someone.

22,23 isn’t too young my sister got married at 24 she wasn’t too young there are many people out there who do get married quite young.

For me I Would Not like Hilary to get married because shes too young and hes older than her like 7 years. hils is 20 and mike 27 he knows alot more than she does. so my point of view is that she should’nt get married. she has her whole life in frount of her. BUT I would’nt worry cause I know she knows what she’s doing.
