As we saw in the latest Hilary Duff Podcast, Hilary Duff will appear as the cover girl for November’s Cosmopolitan UK.
Cosmopolitan UK asks Hilary to model three "A-list" hairstyles - Party Pony, Rock Locks, and Easy Up in the Cosmo Beauty Feature Hilary Duff’s Perfect Party Styles. Hilary also shares her thoughts on Success, Fame, and Love in the interview I’m No Femme Fatale.
Oddly enough, the November issue is out already and it’s not Hilary on the cover. So, my guess is that HilaryDuff.com just mistyped that and the issue comes out in November, but is more than likely the December 2007 version.

This feature is in the current November 2007 issue. I went and had a look just on the offchance. So it looks like she isn’t going to be on the cover of which i am disappointed! I could be wrong though. Maybe they will surprise me and she will be on the December 2007 cover!
