Jackie has sent in some great news for Australian Hilary Duff fans… Hilary Duff will be touring Australia in January and February!
Her announced Australia concert dates are:
- January 31 - Brisbane, Brisbane Entertainment Centre
- February 2 - Sydney, Acer Arena
- February 3 - Melbourne, Rod Laver Arena
Tickets go on sale on October 30

Duff has swapped cute for sexy and kept her dignity
Hilary Duff is bringing her new sexed up look to Australia. The popstar will perform just one show in Sydney next February, showcasing songs from her fifth studio album, Dignity.
She recently completed a tour of the US and is now filming the Hollywood comic drama "Greta", opposite Evan Ross–at 19 the youngest son of soul diva and super supreme Diana Ross.
"I’m so pleased to be bringing my Dignity tour to Australia," Duff told Insider in a break from filming.
"I have wonderful memories of my last tour to Australia and how incredable all the fans were, so can’t wait to be there again."
Duff, a singer, actor and fashion designer, has sold more than 13 million albums around the world.
She celebrated her 20th birthday last month and has shed her girl-next-door image.
Best known the world over for playing pig-tailed blonde cutie Lizzie McGuire in the TV series of the same name, Duff has died her hair dark and unashamedly sexed-up her look.
"I know all the fans want to see the hits so we will play all of those," she said.
"Also I’ve co-written all the songs on the album of (Dignity), so it’s been very satisfying to bring them to life on the concert stage."
Duff is booked to play Sydney’s Acer Arena on February 2.

Duff, the star of TV’s Lizzie McGuire, who turned 20 last month, has won a huge following as an actor, singer, songwriter and fashion designer.
Fresh from shooting her latest film in New Jersey, she will be performing at the Brisbane Entertainment Centre on January 31 as part of her Dignity world tour…
Duff will be touring on the back of her Dignity album, from which the single Stranger has just been released.

Tickets for her concert will go on sale on October 29th & 30th [updated].

I’ve never been to one of Hilary’s concerts and its right after my birthday so I’m so excited!
Just at the bottom where you wrote tickets go on sale October 31 tickets actually go sale October 30th but you already said underneath where the concert dates are.

She has shed her girl next door image for her tour. She is all dressed up now with four costume changes. She used to just wear clothes she was comfortable in and have no costume changes.

Rachel I’m sorry I don’t think Hilary will be touring NZ for next year because of her filming.She’s only fitting in 3 concerts for Australia.

i don’t exactly like how they say ’sexed up her look’. ’sexed up’ doesn’t exactly sound respectful in my opinion. but that’s just me. if you wanted to call something sexed up that’d probably be the album cover for shakira’s cds. NO i did NOT buy the cd i just saw it advertised. i’d like shakira a bit more if she wouldn’t do those kinds of pics.
