Haylie Duff attended the Tweety Boutique Opening in Beverly Hills on Wednesday. Haylie looked sweet and summery in this great strapless dress.
The Tweety Boutique is a limited-edition retail shop, open July 25 to September 3, with the Tweety designer collection of clothes and home accessories based on the cutest tv bird - Tweety!
