Hilary Duff Les Deux
Hilary Duff went to Les Deux with Haylie Duff and Frankie Delgado (the cute guy in the starry shorts from the 4th of July) on Friday. He could the the mysterious "non celebrity" guy that Hilary is dating. If she is, that’s cool. He seemed to be really fun when they were at the beach together.

i really do think that something is going on between them, due to the fact that they went out to dinner on the 22nd june to II SOLE (i think that is how you spell it!), then out clubing the night Frankie had red lipstick on his face and then at the beach party and of course now!!

I know that for sure that they are togather because they act like it and when they were in the beach he carried here and was really nice to here he also was on here vollyball team and they were hanging out with each other the most so I belive that he is here secret boyfriend!!!!!

you know what though brodys non celeb mates date hollywood chicks like spencer, and then get famous for it, so i hope frankie genuinley likes her and isnt using her to get attention like that fool spencer! (the hills), he might just be riding her coattails!
