ok, the skater girl outfit happened on a different day then all the others. “people” was wrong! but she looks amazing in all the pictures!

I figured out that the Wendsday episode of TRL was filmed on Monday, so I was wrong! The Skater Girl outfit really was on the same day as all the others. My bad!!!
