Hilary Duff had to wait a while for her car in Burbank, California. She waited with her mom, Susan Duff, and a friend.

LOL, I think that Hil is really wearing shorts in the above photos. I don’t care for the style or the cut personally but perhaps she is trying NOT to be noticed by dressing down. :-)
