Hilary won’t do nude

Hilary Duff has vowed that she will never, ever, go nude to promote her acting career.
She told Britain’s Sunday Telegraph Seven magazine: “If I do a movie I want to be myself. I don’t want to take my top off or anything. In the States, it seems it’s the trend to turn 18 or 19 and then take your shirt off and do something crazy, and I don’t know what comes after that.”
This is opposed to Lindsay Lohan, who is totally keen to get naked in a film and has done so, sorta, already.
of course she is not coze she is a good girl not bad and she don`t like this stupid stuff and i agree with what she said about lindsay
i am very happy for Hilary because this is rediculous.I think that she is also smart for saying no to that!!!
Hilary is so wise for her age, even though i would say the same and im only 15….people hate her and i don’t know why? she is such a good role model…she’s my role model, i know that for sure….
Hil has every right to say no shes a girly girl i know hilary shes not that type of person,i think if she did go nude it would make a big differance to her movies.

People hate her because she’s too good. Shes so good it seems fake. She may be nice, but she needs to stop acting perfect, all the time, because no ones like that. Sure she’s a good role model for little girls, but once you get older you realize no one is like that and in real life people make mistakes, people do things that are “immoral”, and by the way, Lindsay’s not going nude shes doing a love scene, and a love scene doesn’t mean nude. I dont think that being a good role model means you never make mistakes and you always act perfect. I think it means that you are real and someone that people can relate to. Its how you recover from those mistakes and that you let people understand that you’re not perfect, but you try you’re best and even though you might make mistakes its ok because you learn from them. Lindsay’s mistakes are more like what everyday people deal with and they can relate to her. Hilarys mistakes are more like, “Oh I wore white after Labor Day! Kids, thats a very important lesson!”

hilary duff isn’t perfect. no one is. but she makes good descicons that effect the way people see her. And saying NO to this is a posotive way people see her as a actor, and a singer.

Well i think this is kind of stupid because ofcourse she is not going to be naked..like only stupid people do that.She will omly be naked when she is changing or taking a shower .and i think maybe as i get older i might grow out of her but when i say old..i mean 90 old..hehe!well all you hilary duff fanz rock!(If any fanz have older brothers or sisters dont listen to them when they say”Hilary Duff is for little kids”becuz she is not.Her music is great for every one!

Hilary duff is indeed a good role model, and i like her for that. I’m glad that she chose not to get nude in movies. Some people hate her because she’s so good, but that’s what really make her unique. Being a good person doesn’t mean you have to be perfect. Nobody’s perfect by the way, and Hilary’s not perfect. But people like her because she knows how to make wise decisions and she doesn’t give in to peer pressures. I believe that Hilary is a good person and I hope that she will continue to be a good role model for girls.

I am a guy and would love to see her do a nude scene (of course) I just think a woman should be celebrated for her body. A woman can do a beautiful thing in get pregant, carry and give birth to another human. She is a very VERY sexy woman!

I agree many celebs have done “nude” scenes or very revealing ones and their career has gone down the tubes.. Take Elizabeth Berkley.. she played Jessie on Saved By The Bell. after she did “Showgirls” the movie her career just went caput! and has rarely been heard from again since then. I belive if it is done tastefully, perhaps like Kate Winslet in Titanic it can help Hilary’s career.

i don’t think there’s anything wrong with not messing up. besides lindsay’s mistakes are not the norm. hilary is one person with a head on her shoulders. she isn’t acting perfect from what i can see.. she’s acting according to her values and that’s good.
