Hope you guys enjoyed your weekend!! Last Thursday, Hilary Duff was out for a strolll in Hollywood. The talented singer/actress was seen sporting a Morrissey t-shirt and accessorized with a yellow and black scarf.

This isn’t the first time that Hilary expressed her lover for Morrissey. She once said, “My ultimate dream would be to do a song with Morrissey. I would be so embarrassed, I would never actually ask for it to happen. We’re so different, but I love him.”

Who knows? Maybe her wish will come true!

In a recent interview with Nylon magazine, Hilary Duff explained why she got the word “Shine” tattooed on her hand.

She says of the tattoo, "It’s just for me to look at and remember. I feel like it’s easy to lose your shine, to lose that special thing about yourself.

She continues, “When you get busy or you get tired and you feel like everything is fake or the world is against you, it’s important to keep your character and to let your light shine."

Personally, I don’t like tattoos much, but at least this is for something good!

Last night, Hilary Duff made her appearance on Lopez Tonight where I thought she looked great! Very sexy in black! Plus, she was so nice when she came out, greeting those who reached out to her.

George asked about the threesome that Hilary played out on Gossip Girl. Hilary said that the scene was mild but that she did kiss a girl, which was an awkward topic of conversation with her mother. She also spoke about her new film, According to Greta, which opens in theatres today.

They also covered the topic of the controversial statements made by Faye Dunaway who basically said that Hilary shouldn’t be playing Bonnie in the Bonnie and Clyde remake. George’s response to that was priceless! Love him. Check out her interview below!

Hey Hilary fans! Make sure you guys tune in tonight to catch Hilary Duff as she appears on Lopez Tonight. The show will air on TBS at 11/10c pm. Hilary is promoting her new film According to Greta which will be released in select theatres tomorrow (you guys excited?!).

On Tuesday, Hilary Duff was spotted as she went out to get a little bit of shopping done in Beverly Hills, California.

The singer/actress looked really lovely in her camel toned sweater. She looks unbelievably comfortable! Hilary was also full of smiles yesterday, as she was seen walking a chatting with the woman next to her on her way to her car.

While out on Monday, December 7th in Toluca Lake Hilary Duff made sure to stop by the Venus Nails salon to get her nails did.

Hilary braved through an ugly rainstorm – in no less than flip flops. You can see that her hair is soaking wet while she’s waiting to be called in. Earlier in the week, she was also seen doing some Christmas shopping at a strip mall in Sherman Oaks. ‘Tis the season!

I know many of you guys like Hilary Duff’s clothing line, Femme for DKNY Jeans and Hilary says that she designed them based on what she felt every girl absolutely has to have in her closet.

She explains, “I designed clothing that I feel are staples for my closet. Every girl needs a great leather jacket, and every girl needs a skinny pair of black jeans.”

She also says that it’s difficult to get her own shopping done, “I walked into a mall one day and was mobbed by people. And I just remember feeling really different than everyone else. I felt really loved. But it was weird at the same time.”

I think she did a great job with the Femme clothing line! It’s feminine yet it’s not too girly.

Online magazine, Portrait magazine has Hilary Duff on the cover of their current issue. You can check it out here! She was voted #1 on their list of the Top 30 Under 30 which is why she landed the cover of the magazine.

She was also included in the Portrait Choice Awards, where you can vote for her online in several categories right now.

You’ll be happy to know that Hilary Duff will be appearing on Lopez Tonight on December 10th at 11pm on TBS. The multitalented cutie will be hitting up the talk show in promotion for her new soon-to-be released film, According to Greta.  The film will be in select theatres on December 11th.

The lovely Hilary Duff covers the January 2010 issue of Nylon magazine and spoke to them a bit about her role as Olivia Burke on The CW’s hit show, Gossip Girl.

She said of taking on the role, “I was a little hesitant. It was kind of close to home… then I realized, I would never say something [that Olivia says] like, ‘Oh, this is just for the cameras.’ I think that’s what makes me so different from some of the other people my age.

Hil continues, “It seemed for a time there were people who hated each other – and I knew they hated each other – but they were in pictures together all the time, smiling and throwing their arms around each other. I was like, ‘You’re in the same business I am – how can you do that and feel okay? I so wouldn’t do that.’”

It’s great that she has enough self –respect to not completely sell out like some other celebs. She looks great, by the way! Check out a slideshow of her photo shoot below.
